The € 90 mandatory charge for final cleaning and the tourist tax of € 3,00 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upward) are not included in the price.

Info Housekeeping

• For safety reasons, the use of any electrical devices (oven, cooker, stove, freezer, etc.) or gas cookers is strictly prohibited in all rooms/apartments.
• For the sake of the environment, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.
  Towels are changed every three days if necessary and bed linen once a week.
  On request, or if towels are used improperly, they will be changed several times and invoiced.

Deposit

Your reservation only becomes binding after payment of a 30 % of the total cost as deposit per apartment. Please transfer the relevant sum to our bank account:

Cancellation policy*

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• Cancellation until 30 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained.

• Cancellation from 29 until 14 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.

• Cancellation from 14 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.

• In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed current price for every day not used.

In any event, we advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance. We recommend Europäische Stornoschutz.

Arrival and departure

Your apartment will be available from 2:30 pm. on your day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 7 pm., please inform us by phone. On your day of departure, please vacate your apartment by 10 am.
